Kent Island Backyard Shade and Privacy
This client's patio was unusable due to intense direct sun on their patio most of the day. We installed a 10' x 13' remote controlled motorized aluminum pergola with standard edge lighting over an existing paver patio. They chose the Grey aluminum model which blended nicely with the color of the house.
We also installed remote controlled motorized wind shades on 3 sides to provide our client the flexibility to maximize their shade and privacy. The pergola was installed close to the house, so with the screens down it creates a fully enclosed 10’ x 13’ screened in patio.
Expert Installation
The installation was completed in one day. We started our installation in the morning, and our client was able to use their new space by dinnertime! The pergola can withstand 80 MPH winds and carries a 10 year warranty
